Content Manager
Yes, we are looking to hire our First Content Manager!
What you’ll do:
As a Content Manager, you will create and manage content to establish our online presence with a positive and consistent brand identity, engage users and partners, and ensure that they have a positive view of 1TM and its services.
- Develop a cohesive content strategy to build strong brand awareness from the go-to-market phase to the growth phase.
- Concept, write and publish blogs, social media posts, community guidelines, press releases, newsletters, ads, and other digital and print materials, that resonate with the Company’s target audience.
- Collaborate with our product team to produce UX copywriting.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Respond to messages, comments, and mentions on all platforms.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
Who you are:
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of work experience in content marketing, brand communication, public relations, website/software development.
Knowledge and abilities required:
- Proven track record designing and executing successful content marketing operations.
- Proficiency in creating, editing, and promoting written, visual, and digital content.
- Ability to develop content consistent with the Company’s brand voice, style, and tone.
- Knowledge of common website CMS systems, and the ability to create a strategy for digital assets.
- Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a piece of content.
- Ability to manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into simple, effective communications.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and situations to develop clear solutions and
recommendations. - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Extra Credit:
- Understanding of the top media channels in the industry, which content and approaches work on each, and why. Possess positive existing relationships with key editors and/or broadcasters.
